We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Diploma Electronics Engineer to join our Quality Control (QC) team. The candidate will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and ensuring the quality of electronic components and final products as per industry and customer standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-process and final inspection of PCB assemblies, electronic components, and finished products. Perform visual inspections , functional tests , and measurement checks using tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment. Identify and report non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions . Maintain detailed QC records, inspection reports, and documentation. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements. Collaborate with the production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues. Support internal and external audits as required. Adhere to ISO and other relevant quality standards Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: QC: 1 year (Required) Location: Bidadi, Karnataka (Preferred) Work Location: In person
